Our visionaries have between them 100 years of truly global training experience and have between them won some of US most prestigious awards including Van Holst Prize, the Andrew Mellon dissertation and New York film festivals Silver Plaque for a Informational documentary. Their job is to focus on training design and content. They are responsible for validation of the content

	Dr Jonathan Fast
	•	Studied at Columbia University , Princeton and Wurtzweiler Institute
	•	25 years of experience with Xerox, Disney, Columbia etc.
	•	Helped Develop Personal Selling Skills III ( PSS III ), at Xerox the premier sales training program in the world
	•	Wrote over 30 "informational" films and received many awards for documentaries including a silver plaque from the New York Film Festival

	Dr Faisal Devji
	•	PhD from University of Chicago. A visiting scholar at Berkeley. He also has a Double Honors from University of British Columbia
	•	Faisal has won Von Holst Prize, The Andrew Mellon Dissertation, was a member of the society of fellows at Harvard University
	•	He is one of the best-regarded academicians in his area. He teaches at Yale
	•	He headed the Prestigious Institute of Ismaili studies in UK , the apex training body of the Aga Khan Foundation

	Carl Serbell
	•	With one of GEs largest people divisions he successfully led training strategies which resulted in tremendous cost saving gains for the company
	•	In his consulting career, he successfully completed many assignments for Fortune 1000 companies in financial services, pharmaceuticals, information management, sales training, and HR systems.
	•	Mr. Serbell is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).

	Dr Padmini Shanker
	•	Has done her Phd from the Texas Tech Univ
	•	Has been a highly regarded member of the US academic community
	•	A tenured faculty of the Georgia Southern University
	•	She has been working on academic interaction and university processes for many years
	•	She has won university awards for excellence and is a highly regarded faculty

	Carla Ivison
	•	Undergraduate degree from Goddard College, Plainfield, Vermont, Health Arts and Sciences program, in Expressive Arts in Therapy
	•	Post-graduate education from The New Seminary, in New York, New York
	•	Experience in office administrative and customer service functions for over twenty years
