Started her career with HSBC, Aisha was headhunted to join The Executive Office of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and worked as a Senior Project Manager where her main achievement is the development of Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation. Currently works at Dubai Holding as an Executive Director of Talent and Organization Development; where she conducts Board Training for the boards across the group,

creating training for potential board members, developing Talent Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, L&D strategies and guidelines for the group and implemented it for the top executive leaders in the group.

Began her career in recruitment and ventured into training & development, career coaching and organizational development.
